About The Job How does a job sound where you set your own hours? No office, so you work from home. You manage your own schedule and your own work load. Your only expectation is you fulfill a variable number of interviews, critiquing the candidates, and providing a summary report. Your only job hardware requirements involve a laptop, cell phone, some internet connection, and a digital camera. When you do meet with a client, you need reliable transportation, and be impressive in your dress. You work when you want, where you want, and how much you want. When there are seminars you are an ambassador for the company. When there aren't, you are drumming up new business. Are you the type that would love to sit and chat over a cup of coffee? How well do you listen? How observant are you? Are you that extrovert that has no problems talking to just about anyone? Do you have a background in counseling, psychology, or human resources? We are looking for human resource professionals who have advanced themselves in their education and hold a master's in any of the above. An M.B.A. in HR is great too. One very important, KEY element of this position, is that we are looking for people who have all those things, PLUS, have been a hiring authority (the power to hire), for more than 10+ years. On top of all of those things, we also need that special individual to have sales and or customer service experience. This position requires high public relations skills as you will be working with the public on a daily basis. So exceptional interpersonal, organization, and computer skills are mandatory. This is a part time, 1099 position, but due to work load, can become a full time exempt position, no benefits. |
Minimum Requirements: • Master's Degree in: Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Counseling, Psychology (If you do not have this please do not apply. Thank you.) • 10+ years in a hiring authority position, any industry. Seeking individual with exceptional interviewer skills. Must be well versed in multiple interview types, and comfortable with working with C level candidates, as well as entry level. • Professional demeanor, attitude, dress, and personality. • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, listening, and people skills. Sales skills also desired.
